Returns Policy for The Rochester Collection

At The Rochester Collection, we take pride in the quality of our hampers and wood products. We go to great lengths to ensure every product is carefully crafted and securely packaged to arrive in perfect condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to arrange the return.

Hampers: The full value of the hamper, less a small administration fee, will be refunded upon receipt of the returned hamper, provided it is undamaged, in date, unspoiled, and with all original goods included. Please ensure you take reasonable care of the goods and return them in their original packaging.

Wood Products: If you are not completely happy with your wooden product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to arrange the return. Refunds will be issued once we have received the item in its original condition.

Returns Process

• You are responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost.

• Please include a printout of your invoice or your order number in the package.

• Refunds will be processed upon safe receipt of the item.

Incorrect or Damaged Items We will not charge you for any incorrect items, though we do require the incorrect item to be returned before investigating further. Our obligation will be to either fulfill the shortage or non-delivery, supply substitute products if your original choice cannot be delivered, replace any damaged or defective products, or refund you the amount paid for the affected items.

Until items are returned to us, you are responsible for their safekeeping and taking reasonable care of them.

Packaging and Transit Please ensure that any items being returned are securely packaged in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit. We do not accept liability for returned packages that are damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to adequately wrap and protect the products.
